"While on a road trip through California on my way to Oregon, I found myself in need of a new rear tire. I used my Dealer Locator on my S/G's GPS and made my to way to Santa Maria H/D®. I was told that the service dept was completely booked well into the foreseeable future. Not sure how to continue, the service writer excused himself for a minute and when he returned he told me that the mechanic would put his current job on hold long enough to install my tire. Within an hour I was back on the road. I had been riding with the feeling that my tire could fail and now I had the feeling of security you get with new rubber. I want to thank the Employees and the Dealership in general for allowing me to continue my trip without incident. Two big thumbs up."
